With over ten years of experience in the world of weddings and known for planning posh affairs for A-listers across the country, Erica is recognized as one of Charleston's Top Wedding Planners with a flair for entertaining and passion for style and design.
Erica's Clients and events planned have been acknowledged on Bravo TV, Page Six, US Weekly, In Touch, People Magazine, New York Post, OK! Magazine, E! News, Vogue, Harpers Bazzar, Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, Over the Moon and Charleston Weddings.
Graduating from the College of Charleston, Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has worked alongside Tara for over five years and provides expert advice to our team by overseeing the planning of all Client events.

Owner of Tara Guérard Soirée and endorsed as one of the nation's leading tastemakers, Tara has earned a widespread reputation for her exceptional ability to create spectacular settings. For over twenty-five years, clients across the world have turned to Tara for her impeccably executed events.
Tara has been featured in several national publications, including ; Food & Wine, InStyle, Southern Living, Traditional Home, Town & Country Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings, Flower Magazine and Brides - and was named top wedding planner by Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. She has also made appearances on The Martha Stewart Show, The Nate Berkus Show and the Style Network.
As a regular on the speaking circuit and noted in the field of design, Tara provides our planners with proficient knowledge to produce the perfect Soirée for our Clients.

As a South Carolina native, Carason earned an undergraduate degree at the College of Charleston and started her career as the Membership and Events Director for a national nonprofit, where she planned large-scale conventions, meetings and legislative fly-ins.
With an impeccable attention to detail and over seven years of experience producing events, Carason has since shifted into her dream role planning and designing weddings with Soeur Events. She brings our team strategic skill, professionalism and brilliant organizational strategies while managing every celebration with grace.
In her spare time - she enjoys pilates, dining at the newest restaurant, hosting dinner parties, reading, traveling and playing tennis.

As a multidisciplinary designer with a love for all celebrations, personal details, knitwear and textiles, Caroline has spent ten years in New York City working with notable brands, such as; Billy Reid, Sophie Theallet, Martha Stewart Weddings, Darcy Miller Design, Domino Magazine and Made Line Jewelry.
With her first love of fashion, Caroline has assisted Carrie Goldberg on wedding photo shoots for Harper's Bazaar and Monique Lhuillier. In addition, her work with Darcy Miller Designs can be found on The Drew Barrymore Show, Live with Kelly and Ryan and The Today Show. She has also worked alongside Darcy Miller and David Stark in launching large events for Anthropologie, Jonathan Adler, and Bloomingdale’s.
Caroline, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, attended The Savannah College of Art and Design and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology, located in New York City.
